Massachusetts law requires an individual who is a mandated reporter to immediately report any allegation of serious physical or emotional injury resulting from abuse or neglect to the Department of Social Services (DSS). These reports can also come from concerned individuals by filling out the form and contacting your local DSS office. All information does not need to be filled out to file a report.
